Have an idea? or just a desire to create?
Visit Cone 6 Ceramics during open studio hours for a relaxed, self-guided handbuilding experience using real ceramic clay. This is an unstructured making session where you can explore, experiment, and create at your own pace, no instruction required and no experience needed.
For $30 per person, you’ll receive 1 lb of clay, access to shared studio tools, and optional handbuilding templates to build from if you’d like a little structure. You’re welcome to make one piece or explore multiple forms within your clay allotment.
Once finished, your piece will be dried, fired, and glazed by our team. You’ll choose from a curated selection of glaze colors, and we’ll take care of the rest. Finished pieces will be ready for pickup in approximately 4–5 weeks.
This experience is perfect for all ages and skill levels — great for solo visits, friends, families, and creative downtime. Come play with clay and leave the cleanup to us.
Paint Your Own Pottery

Drop in and make it your own.
Paint Your Own Pottery is a relaxed, walk-in experience where you choose a pre-made ceramic piece and bring it to life with glaze. No instruction required — just creativity, color, and time to unwind. Perfect for all ages and skill levels.
Pricing is by the piece, with a curated selection of ceramics available to choose from. Once you’ve selected your piece, you’ll have access to our glaze bar and studio tools to paint at your own pace.
When you’re finished, we’ll fire your piece in our kiln and notify you when it’s ready for pickup. Finished pottery is typically ready in 2–3 weeks.
This experience is great for solo visits, friends, families, date nights, and casual creative time. Walk in anytime during open studio hours — we’ll handle the firing and cleanup.
