Class Policies

90-Min Crash Course

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.

With at least 48 hours notice before your class starts you may:

• Reschedule your session for another available date

• Cancel for a refund

 

After the 48 hour period, or if your class has started, we are unable to offer these two options, for any reason including COVID, illness, injury or unexpected travel.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us a call at (619) 546 - 9540.

If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before your class is scheduled to take place or do not show up, you will be subject to a penalty fee of charge the cost of the class, $75 per participant.

Private Events

Cancellations and rescheduling made two or more weeks in advance of the event date, will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations made two weeks prior the event date are nonrefundable. If you are rescheduling your event please do so, two or more weeks prior event. Please note that once you have booked a private event with us, we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you and your friends.

 

Multi-Week Classes

By enrolling in our class, you agree to our cancellation policy, which is as follows:
